How to boost your immune system naturally using Quantum Biofeedback

The immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues and organs that protects the body from harmful invaders such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and toxins and helps maintain the body's homeostasis. It is now known that chronic stress deactivates the effectiveness of the immune system and it is suggested to focus on this factor at the level of prevention as well as treatment of a weakened immune system.

With Quantum Biofeedback, we detect, reduce, and manage your stress, as well as check the causes of your stressors, which affect your immune system. When you feel stressed or out of balance ⚖, certain cells in your body are not vibrating at their healthy frequency Quantum Biofeedback uses electromagnetic signals to detect and correct imbalances in the body’s energy field. It is based on the idea that every cell, organ, and emotion has a characteristic frequency that can be measured and trained by a quantum biofeedback device Quantum Biofeedback devices, such as EDUCTOR or QUEX ED, are attached to the body via electrodes and use a computer program to scan the body for stressors such as pathogens, toxins, allergies or emotional issues. The device then sends corrective frequencies back to the body to harmonize its energy and stimulate its natural healing abilities.

But how do we end up with chronic stress? An important role is played by the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). The ANS automatically regulates heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion among other basic functions. It consists of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, also known as the fight or flight mechanism and the relaxation response. The brain is constantly processing information in an area called the hypothalamus. The ANS gives signals to the hypothalamus, which then instructs the rest of the body to either stimulate or relax various functions. The hypothalamus is negatively affected if we have restless sleep, constant stress, unhealthy diet, relationship problems, isolation or loneliness, even lack of exercise. These imbalances can create a fight-or-flight response and it's like having our foot constantly on the gas pedal and unconsciously not letting go.

The ANS and the immune system are closely related and communicate with each other through various pathways, such as hormones, neurotransmitters, and neurons. The ANS regulates the immune system by either enhancing or suppressing its activity depending on the situation. For example, during acute stress, the sympathetic nervous system activates the immune system to prepare for possible injury or infection. However, during chronic stress, the sympathetic nervous system suppresses the immune system to conserve energy and resources.

Quantum Biofeedback offers a non-invasive way to identify imbalances in the ANS and retrain, balance and harmonize the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, as well as the vagus nerve, for a more balanced physical state. It is possible to detect, reduce and properly manage stress, as well as identify its causes, i.e. the stressful factors that affect the immune system of each person. This is why Quantum Biofeedback can help strengthen the immune system by reducing stress, detoxifying the body, balancing emotions and neutralizing harmful microorganisms. By restoring the optimal frequency of cells and organs, Quantum Biofeedback can enhance the body's resistance to infection and disease. Finally, some research studies have shown that Quantum Biofeedback can improve immune system parameters such as white blood cell count, immunoglobulin levels and cytokine production.
